Climate change is undeniably depressing. Daily, we are presented with headlines highlighting the challenges we face and increasing our collective anxiety. It’s essential that we find methods of turning that anxiety into positive actions, empowering people and promoting change.
In an article for The Conversation UK, psychologist Cameron Brick states:
“If we can be brave enough to try to change our behaviour, accepting what we failed to do before and what we haven’t done yet, each small step we take can bring ecological and personal benefits”
This reflects my own personal experience, my wellbeing improves when I feel I’m part of the solution and this inspires me to do more.
