This is one of many insights included in a recent report from Deloitte, which looks at ‘How 2020 shaped consumers’ behaviours and attitudes to sustainability.  

Shifting consumer behaviour is having a huge impact and shaping the future of many businesses. But, it’s clear more could be done to help customers make better choices, as the top 3 reasons given for not adopting a more sustainable lifestyle were:

  • I’m not interested
  • It’s too expensive
  • I don’t have enough information
